Intelligent construction of international schools

This international school is a 15-year K-12 (from kindergarten to senior high school).Construction started on January 1, 2018 and was put into use in September 2019. The project covers an area of more than 70,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 108,000 square meters. The height difference of the entire campus is more than 30 meters from east to west; the number of floors is 3 to 8 above-ground floors and 1 to 3 underground floors; prefabricated construction is adopted, and the engineering assembly rate is as high as 77%; the overall green building design is adopted, which is a two-star green building, including green integrated designs such as sponge cities, and the rainwater collection system has a storage capacity of 400 cubic meters.
