Urban Cultural and Sports Center Project

Our Chinese team has built an excellent and advanced urban cultural and sports activity center project. The total land area is 12,678.04 square meters, of which the east-west length is 80 meters and the north-south length is 71.4 meters. A three-story frame structure cultural and sports activity center complex building is built, including a cultural center, a women and children activity center, a national fitness activity center, a theater, art exhibition creation, a party history exhibition hall, a multi-function hall, a dance rehearsal hall and other supporting facilities. 

The total construction area is 17,293.87 square meters (including 11,813.91 square meters above ground and 5,479.96 square meters underground). The plot ratio is 0.932; the greening rate is 25%; the building density is 42%; the parking space is ≥ 0.6 vehicles/100 square meters.
